Melissa takes an individualized, non-judgemental approach to creating a collaborative sustainable nutrition plan that aligns with your goals. As a multi credentialed dietitian, Melissa is well equipped with many clinical tools to help you reach your health and performance potential, and the approach she takes depends on the individual in front of her. Nutrition prescriptions from East Coast Performance Nutrition never look the same for different people!

 Although Melissa does have few specialty areas within dietetics, she does not put all the eggs in one or two baskets. Melissa prides herself on being a well-rounded and up to date dietitian who listens, presents practical nutrition prescriptions, and ensures clients are in full control of decision making. Melissa is passionate about helping people reach their health and performance potential and offers a wide variety of services to all people of any age.
